Learn About A Unique Way to Integrate
-
Integration is the essential process of making meaning from profound change, and learning to live in alignment with what you’ve discovered.
Whether your transformation came through plant medicine, grief, spiritual awakening, illness, identity shifts, or major life change, integration helps you stay connected to your emerging truth, and start building a life around it.
It’s not just insight, it’s embodying that insight day by day.
Without integration, insights stay abstract. With it, they become real and grounded.

No one else offers this work the way I do, and for good reason.
This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience.
I’m a cancer survivor managing schwannomatosis, a rare chronic illness that has reshaped my entire life. Over several years, I’ve participated in more than 50 plant medicine ceremonies, Ayahuasca, Peyote, Huachuma, Iboga. These were not one-time awakenings. They demanded I release old identities, unlearn lifelong patterns, and rethink what healing and growth truly mean.
Here’s what I’ve learned: integration alone isn’t enough.
Most traditional integration coaching focuses on preserving insights. That’s valuable, but incomplete. Real transformation requires disintegration, letting go of what no longer serves, facing what’s been avoided, and embracing radical change.
That’s the work I guide people through. It’s not about going back to your old life with new ideas. It’s about stepping fully into a new version of yourself, aligned with what you’ve seen, felt, and remembered in ceremony.
If this is the work you’re ready for, let’s talk.

Integration coaching often promotes staying in the same place, honoring emotions and insights gained from a transformational experience without encouraging real change. It can act like putting a fresh coat of paint on a rusting car with an out of tune engine, appearing improved on the surface but ultimately unchanged. This static approach can prevent you from fully embracing new possibilities.
Disintegration coaching, on the other hand, involves recognizing that to move forward, change is necessary. It’s about shedding what no longer serves you, old patterns and outdated beliefs, making space for new growth.

Understanding the difference between therapy and coaching is key. Both support growth, but serve distinct purposes.
Therapy is led by licensed mental health professionals. It is clinical, emphasizing diagnosis, treatment, and long-term healing.
Coaching is not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. No medical or mental health diagnoses are made, and coaching is not a substitute for professional care, especially in crisis or emergency.
Coaching is forward-focused. It helps you apply insights from transformative experiences into daily life. This work is practical, reflective, and designed to help you navigate change with clarity and intention.
While not a replacement for therapy, integration coaching can powerfully complement it, or stand alone, as a path through deep reflection and transformation.
Please note: The services provided by Richard and After The Ceremony are coaching, not therapy.
